It is time again for another inspire. create stamping challenge!

This Stronger Than Most blog post almost didn't happen! I have been busy cleaning out our home a la KonMari Method. It is quite absorbing once you get into it and our home is a little out of sorts and the moment, but I am REALLY looking forward to seeing the end result. I have heard that having a "tidy" home does wonders for productivity and creativity! We will be putting that theory to the test for sure. Anyhow, on to the creative challenge at hand (pun somewhat intended)!

For this week's challenge I opted to make a hand stamped card to send to a friend.

This challenge is a colour challenge using the combo below:

For my Stronger Than Most hand stamped card I used Stampin' Up!'s Beautiful Promenade bundle and the Layered Leaves embossing folder. This card is fairly simple...not #simplestamping but nothing too fancy technique wise, stamping, die cutting and dry embossing, but I love how it turned out.

I thought it was cool how layering the Daffodil Delight organdy ribbon over the pool party shimmer ribbon gave a strip of Mint Macaron down the middle. What other colour combos could we come up with by layering the organdy ribbons over other ribbons?

I hope you are inspired by my card this week. Be sure to check out the other projects and enter you own creation!

Happy Stamping!

Welcome to another inspire. create challenge. This week's challenge is a theme challenge!

For my Love Simple Moments layout I tried to incorporate several of Stampin' Up!'s awesome Sale-A-Bration rewards. How many can you spot?

Hint: There are 3!

What are Sale-A-Bration Rewards? They are FREE products that you can earn with purchase. In Canada, for every $60 you spend, you get to choose a free Sale-A-Bration product of your choice! Spend a $180 and you would be able to choose all of the sale-a-bration products I used on this page!

The background of my page uses the Botanical Butterfly DSP, I also used the Lovely Lipstick foil paper and the embossed sentiment is from the Home to Roost stamp set! I thought the sentiment was perfect for this picture of myself and my daughter.

Other design elements include dies from the electic layers framelits and the Meant to Be suite. Shout out to Sara Levin who gave me the idea that the heart embossing die in the eclectic layers set could be die cut with the heart from the Be Mine Stitched Dies. I absolutely LOVE how this turned out with the foil. A full list of supplies is included below.
